- University degree, preferably in Health Sciences or Engineering. Candidatas with university education in the fields of Administration and Business Management and 1 or Law with more than 3 years of experience in the management of knowledge transfer or in technological units will also be evaluated.

- Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and English (C1 level certificate or demonstrable experience, e.g. by having lived abroad/developed job duties in English).

- Personal experience as an entrepreneur, having created a company/start-up, or been involved in project presentation to investors and/or in rounds of financing

- Experience in the management of innovation and technology transfer in R&D centres, innovation consulting companies and/or technology-based companies

- Consultancy experience for the construction of technology-based companies

-  Provide comprehensive advice on the correct protection and translation of research results to the IMIBIC researchers.

-  Evaluation and support in the development of new projects and the corresponding negotiations with companies and partners.

-  Forecasting and planning of projects and business opportunities
