Training is a fundamental institutional instrument for IMIBIC to reach its scientific goals. The institute has developed a specific plan for promotion of training and knowledge acquisition, aligning it with the current research areas of IMIBIC. The plan encompasses Master's and PhD level education, as well as training courses, seminaries, workshops and events.

The global objective is to develop and promote training programs targeted to all professionals working at IMIBIC, as well as to other interest groups, so as to guarantee excellent and continuous training and transfer of knowledge, adapted to the different professinal groups that form part of the IMIBIC.
