FIBICO-IMIBIC is committed to establish and develop policies of equal opportunities for men and women and non-discrimitation on the basis of sex, and to promote measures to achieve real equality within our institution by establishing equal opportunities between women and men as one of the principles of our Strategic Plan. To reach this goal the first FIBICO-IMIBIC Equality Plan 2019-2022, which establishes a series of actions to improve the equality between men and women in the work environment, has been developed.
FIBICO-IMIBIC has joined the Andalusian Network of Conciliatory Entities
